Title: Principle Consultant
Andre has been in the IT Industry for 25 years, starting out as a Systems Engineer for Siemens Ltd. Working for and with large local and overseas based organizations such as Siemens Nixdorf, Océ Printing, Peregrine, Sun Microsystems, BMC, Q Data, PQ Africa, Comparex, MGX and others, he has had the opportunity to project manage many initiatives using PMBOK principles along with frameworks and methodologies such as RUP and Prince2. His particular interests lie in the application of standards and best practices as well as the impact of agile software development methods on production environments. Andre is an ITIL Service Manager as well as Scrum Master and is currently applying these guidleines and techniques on a number of “process improvement” projects in Cape Town.
