Mark Jeckells started his agile journey at The Children’s Society by introducing Scrum into the organisation through self education and lessons learnt along the way.
Mark is extremely passionate about agile methods. He is a driven scrum master that builds cross functional, self-motivated, effective teams with members that become strong agilistas. He spearheads a culture of continuous improvement and drives collaboration between teams and individuals.
Mark uses excellent communication skills to build long-term customer relationships.

He is always open to new ways of working and always on the lookout for new opportunities. He is versatile, flexible, adaptive and closely attuned to the environment around him.
