Kelly Flynn has over 20 years of scaling and optimizing startups using Agile methodologies in large enterprises in the US and internationally. A serial entrepreneur and executive who has founded and scaled three successful startups of her own, she acutely understands the issues facing startups as they grow, add staff, and increase their customer base. She has a passion for change and knows how to optimize operations and product lines to make startups succeed.
Kelly has a BS in Environmental Education from Humboldt State University, has multiple Agile certifications, and is a Y-Combinator’s Startup School graduate. When not trying to organize the world, she can be found with a good book or trying to keep her dog Gus, cat Fu, and two kids from destroying the furniture.
