I am a Senior IT Executive with 20+ years of management experience in building organizations that deliver. As an Agile enthusiast I recently delivered various digital banking products for customers of one of the largest banks in CEE with an adaptive tribe of 170 co-located agile, cross functional wonderful people focused on building and running digital solutions. I am a curious, people centric leader with full customer focus and a believer in a value driven, strong, agile enterprise culture.
I was personally transformed in Stanford GSB, I keep in personal touch with Silicon Valley and it's companies including Apple, Amazon, AWS, Microsoft, Facebook, Google, PayPal, Salesforce, LinkedIn or the DuPont Silicon Valley Innovation Center, to apply what we in Europe can learn from them. I speak at conferences, I'm a startup investor, a Customer Centricity and Design process lover, a Cloud evangelist, a Smart Home enthusiast and a Firestarter.

Previous organizations include: building up an Enterprise Data Warehouse from scratch for a large international bank (45.000 employees, 12 countries), an 24/7 operations unit for the Austrian rail cargo company and an international e-commerce system for the dealer network of HEAD e.v.
