Carolyn Melvin

Carolyn Melvin has over 28 years of IT experience and over 15 years of program/project IT.  She has been applying agile practices and techniques for 10 years and is also SAFe certified and a PMI Agile Certified Practioner.  She is actively involved in coaching her Government customers in the adoption and use of agile.  I am also PMP certified, ITIL version 3 Foundations certified, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

I have been trained extensively in using the Agile approach to software development.  I have led several teams in the past few years through the Agile approach and have served as scrum master.

I have managed several firm fixed price contract projects and have developed the skills/experience necessary to ensure the projects get completed on time, within budget while still providing business value and meeting the critical business needs.
