Using a mix of lean/agile techniques, I've helped people transform their approach, creating value and joy through their work. As a coach, I recognize and develop the leader in everyone, at all levels and capabilities, in service of greater meaning and purpose. As a coach I have helped individuals at Roche, PayPal, StubHub, State Street, Thomson Reuters and HSBC show up in a more meaningful way, and improve their personal and professional outcomes. As a mentor, I work with Scrum Masters and other coaches, using an Integral Agile approach to deepening effectiveness. I don't have all the answers, but I know some of the questions to ask!
