I can help to implement the right selection process in order to evaluate opportunities and potential projects. Strategic alignment is key in this process. Based on strategic business goals I can help to see whether candidate projects deserve to be approved. All these things are done in a very pragmatic and transparent way and visualised on simple dashboards that make it easy to focus on real decision taking.
