Role: Product Owner (3 years)

- Maintain feature road-map, plan customer release schedules, defines & prioritizes product backlog for teams.
- Responsible for business requirements, works closely with marketing, customer support, architecture and systems engineering to define and drive product features through user stories/Epics.
- Co-ordinate through the Scrum Master all delivery activities and acts as the escalation point for all product specific issue to stakeholders and management.
- Communicate and track feature progress, risk, and dependencies with offshore stakeholders, Factories and other agile scrum teams.
- Provide people leadership to develop and maintain an effective team through hiring, performance reviews and talent engagement, coaching and mentoring activities.

Role: Scrum Master (2 years)

- Worked as Scrum Master on multiple scrum teams across different geographies (India & US).
- Responsible for deliverable on commitments, tracking project progress, retrospection, sprint planning, preparing and implementing action plan.
- Mentoring and coaching on team on agile/xp practices.
- Performance reviews.
