Worked in SCRUM projects since 2007 when the CSM certification was achieved.

Had different roles in agile projects, both as a developer, Scrum master and also as Product Owner for a short while.

Have had many internal "Scrum Introduction classes " at Altran, now for in total around 100 people in the organization.

Responsible for the competence group "Agile & TDD" at Altran Scandinavia.

Transformed one project from using Scrum to use Kanban instead since the project situation was more suitable at the moment.

Attended many developer conferences where focus have been on agile development and read a number of the agile books on the market.
