A certified Scrum Master and certified Product Owner who has a passion for Agile in the workplace and home life. Currently on my fourth Scrum project and enjoy learning new Agile techniques and moving forward in the software development world.
I constantly strive to move forward and ensure the most positive results. I am available at all times to learn more and let’s grow this Agile world together.
I see the power behind Scrum Framework and find it a personal achievement when I see the team can progress using this powerful framework. Having certifications as a Scrum Master and Product Owner allows me to view the whole Agile Scrum framework. This provides a powerful insight on seeing the Scrum Framework as a whole.
I communicate well with stakeholders, management and the team therefore providing clear insights for all to follow and to progress.
It is a personal achievement to continuously improve per sprint and constantly learn and evolve.
Using the Agile methodologies and introducing an Agile mindset to my colleagues has allowed them to prosper and the companies that I have worked for. This provides a sense of fulfillment.
