Coaching DMPD software development teams in effectively using in house process, and agile practices building an enterprise Mobile payment platform and solutions.  (35+ globally distributed teams)

  • Providing process governance to 1 to 2 DMPD verticals at a time in using DMPD Agile Product development framework, and Visa Project Management Methodology(PMM), blending in industry standard agile and program management best practices.
