Mr Owen is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and now is apply the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), he has totally over 8 yeas of the software development experience in the Information Technology industry doing requirement analysis, code design/development and testing in areas of E-business, Telecommunication, Customer Relationship Management. He familiar with the Scrum methodology and follow it to do the project in 2008 which give him a very deep impression. From then on he contribute his efforts to implement the Scrum methodology.
