Clinton Wivell is an enterprise Lean Agile coaching professional with over 10 years of experience in full software lifecycle development.  Clinton is an expert at transforming large IT organizations by leveraging Lean Agile processes and engineering practices.  His experience includes transformation of several large organizations that built both highly complex system of systems and small independent software products.  In either case, the need for alignment around Lean Agile principles has proven to provide clarity to stakeholders in the areas of priority and status of work in progress leading to increase flow of highest mission value products.

Clinton is well known for his expertise in aligning software teams around both Lean Agile processes as well as engineering practices.  He not only has experience coaching engineering practices but also putting them into practice as a software engineer.  Some of the common practices Clinton has experience with using and coaching are clean coding standards, emergent design, version control, continuous integration, automated environment management, and automated deployments.  His coaching experience includes applying these practices help organizations deliver automated system of system delivery architectures as well as independent ones.
