'Organizational oilcan' passionate about quality through teamwork, developing leader identities, and fostering coworker learning and success. I enable people to cope with change in chaotic environments because of the broad exposure I've had across the business landscape.

I have been responsible for all phases of for-profit business operations. I understand business systems and enjoy adapting technology to bridge gaps between stakeholders. Over time, I came to realize that ongoing training and quality communications help resolve organizational issues. In 2013 I earned a PhD, satisfying my intellectual curiosity about how adults learn in small groups and organizations.

With an MBA and a Ph.D. in organization and management, I generally work on the business side of projects, although my project management training has been validated by PMP and CSM certifications. I focus on getting rid of organizational pain points. I am more of a tech-addicted functional project manager concentrating in business-side issues than purely technical issues.
