I am a confident, motivated, creative, and goal-oriented technical leader working as Engineering Director with Kronos India. I have vast experience in leading and delivering large programs, especially when starting any greenfield product development. I try to keep a perfect balance between people management skills and technical expertise.

I have 19+ years of experience in managing development projects using various technologies like Cloud, SOA, SaaS, Multi-Tenancy (MT), Java/J2EE, Google Cloud, DevOps, and Analytics applications using Scrum and waterfall execution methodologies. I got a chance to work in product companies as well as service companies. I have developed and delivered projects right from the RFP stage to production to the support stage. I have got the opportunity to work with partners from various countries including the US, Europe to manage their expectation.

I have been a great team player and have experience in managing large teams. I have been successfully developing and delivering projects/products. I have deep experience in ramping up and transforming them into large agile teams.
