Technical Requirements

To participate fully in this interactive online course, you will need a stable internet connection, a webcam, a microphone, and the ability to use common online collaboration tools like Zoom. We may also utilize online whiteboarding tools (like Miro or Mural). More detailed information will be provided before class starts.

PDUs and SEUs

This course qualifies for Professional Development Units (PDUs) for PMP® certification renewal through the Project Management Institute (PMI), typically 14-16 PDUs for a 2-day course. It also qualifies for Scrum Education Units (SEUs) towards renewing your Scrum Alliance certifications.

CSPO Certification Details

Unlike the CSM, the Certified Scrum Product Owner® does not require a separate exam after the course. Upon successful completion of the full 2-day course and active participation in demonstrating the learning objectives, Brian will recommend you for certification. You will then receive an email from Scrum Alliance within a few business days to accept your license and activate your included 2-year Scrum Alliance membership.

Breaks & Q&A: The training day is structured to keep you energized and includes generous breaks. We typically incorporate a one-hour break for lunch around midday, along with two 15-minute breaks (mid-morning and mid-afternoon). Brian also typically stays online after the formal class ends for an optional open Q&A session for any lingering questions.
