The lecture on agile leadership was extremely inspiring and useful. The speaker clearly explained the key principles of agile leadership, emphasizing the importance of adaptability, open communication, and team collaboration. I especially liked the part about how agile leaders encourage innovation and taking responsibility within the team. I believe the knowledge gained is applicable in everyday work and will definitely contribute to my professional development.

I had a great experience with Srdjan and how he organized the whole course. Walked away with a lot of new tools to implement within my team and with great list of books to read. Truly grateful for this course, the knowledge and experience Srdjan shared with us.
