This is the second course I have taken from Miljan. He is outstanding. The topics include lots of helpful tools to apply on the job. He also has links to other helpful resources, such as videos, articles, and books. He is experienced with lots of insights. He leads the training as a discussion which allows us to also learn from class members' experiences. The break-out sessions are valuable sessions for trying out tools and concepts and discussing them. Miljan backs up his training with one year of access to the course materials and tools, and we can also reach out to him for questions and guidance. Time passes quickly in his classes, and when it is over, class members have become friends and connect to each other on LinkedIn. It's a great experience!
