With over 15 years of IT experience I am Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Scrum Project Owner (CSPO) with extensive background in large scale IT development initiatives, including experience in new client roll outs and launches as well as large IT improvement initiatives. Using the art of collaboration, effective communication, and ingenuity to move projects ahead to a successful launch.
Proven business analyst who has contributed to a myriad of projects both large and small from beginning to end throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
I love the world of agile software development, especially Scrum. Taking projects from inception to production using short concentrated sprints, smaller teams, and short feedback loops. I have experience in leading daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews as well as Sprint Retrospectives for multiple scrum teams.
