Walter Gengarelly I have been developing software in the financial services industry since 1997. I was introduced to Scrum in 2011 and its benefits were immediately apparent. I took a Certified Scrum Product Owner course shortly thereafter. I continued my education and earned the Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Professional certifications. I also expanded my agile knowledge and found great benefits in following the technical practices from Extreme Programming. Having used these techniques to great success for many years now, it’s hard for me to imagine working on non-agile projects. As I move forward in my career, I strive to continuously improve and deliver even more value to the people using the systems I work on.
