Vijay Seelam is a Scrum Master and Agile coach with around ten years of experience in the IT industry. He started with agile and Scrum back in 2009. From that time, he has been credited with agile transformation and implementation for many companies and teams. He is passionate about people side of change, and focus on bringing meaningful change into organizations that will improve the lives of people

• Guided teams to deliver quality customer value as fast as possible and built Agile capability through apprenticing and educating at all levels within the organization
• Coached teams, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Managers and Executives on Agile values and principles to promote continuous improvement in practices and artifacts
• Mentored and coached many teams new to Agile in Scrum and Lean best practices
• Established and supported communities of practices to promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help individuals develop into them
• Created and conducted training courses for Scrum Masters and teams related to agile best practices, understanding and improving team dynamics and team performance
• Assisted as needed to help remove impediments and distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver on the Sprint goal
