Vajravelu Karnam Sudhakar

Vajravelu Karnam Sudhakar(Velu) is a PMP and CSM certified Project Manager with more than 14 years of IT Project Management experience in managing delivering complex IT Projects. He has played active role in all the phases of SDLC in both Agile and Traditional project management methodologies, and has proven skills in driving projects from Project kick-off till successful implementation.

My primary responsibilites as a Scrum Master is to facilitated Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. Removing impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive. Proactively managed project risks and issues providing appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels for closure.
