Tilen Sotler

I am a lead software engineer from Slovenia with BSc in computer and information science with 12+ years of experience in industry. Most of my work is spent in research and development of applications for a diverse client base in measurement industry such as MAN, Kawasaki, EOMYS, SpaceX, Honeywell, Bosch, Hyundai, Mercedes etc. I am a core developer of an award winning software Dewesoft, upon which my application modules are based on. My skills are in rapid application prototyping, full stack development and digital signal processing techniques developed for robust industry applications. By working either as a sole developer, team member or team lead, I have contributed software engineering expertise from system requirements to successful deployment. Through the years, I have worked with different programming languages in areas such as sound and vibration analysis, machinery diagnostics, structural dynamics, automotive industry and industrial control systems. I constantly act as a mentor to other developers and have mentored multiple bachelor degrees in physics and computer science. My current projects are research and implementation of QA and testing procedures on company level. I am passionate about programming, unit testing, test automation, code refactoring and teamwork.
