Originally from France, Thierry Leroy climbed the corporate ladder in Singapore & Asia from Analyst to Vice President at 30 years old in a one-of-a-kind success story.
Thierry has extensive experience in Leadership, Management, Coaching, Transformation and Training since 2006.

He worked over 3 continents, in 14+ countries across Asia, Europe and North America for Global Fortune 500 companies, and more recently in Government, Crown Corporation in Canada. In his latest assignment in Asia, Thierry was Vice President at Credit Suisse - worldwide leader in Private Bank and was managing multi-million dollars projects and supported CEOs and COOs in Asia Pacific.

Thierry is a Canadian-French entrepreneur : He founded 1AM Consulting in Singapore in 2015 and more recently, Connecting Humans in Canada in 2019 to help Government, Corporations, Small Businesses & Individuals.

Finally Thierry is blessed with his family, his wife and children - that joined him on this journey from Singapore to Canada.

Education and Academic Achievements: Holder of two master's degrees in Commerce - with jury distinction - and International Business, as well as a bachelor's degree. Thierry has successfully completed Executive Programs at Harvard: Digital Transformation-Driving Organizational Agility at Harvard Business School and Strategy & Innovation at Harvard University. Associate Member - Harvard Extension Alumni Association (HEAA)

Excellence Accreditations: Expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental Health & Psychological Safety, valued by his Fellowship status at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an entity affiliated with Harvard Medical School, as well as in Project & Change Management.
