Theresa Krupicka's love affair with agile started around 2010. Theresa has been a Certified CSPO and CSM since 2014. Theresa's initiation into agile started while working on a large system migration project. As soon as the agile process and mindset were introduced, no other way of project management made sense. Theresa has served in her agile journey in the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master (Current). The aspects of scrum and agile that get Theresa the most excited include: the importance of coaching team members in good scrum and agile practices, celebrating even the smallest of victories, coaching our business partners on the value of doing work iteratively,prioritize work for the most value . In addition to using agile in her work place, Theresa is an active member her local agile meet-up group, and has implemented elements of agile in other organizations that she is involved in, including her home.
