About

Terrie Johnson, as the IBM Global Business Services North America Client Innovation Center Agile Delivery Leader, is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the Agile Methodology for all the NA Client Innovation Centers with activities in IT services, technical support services, and IT consulting. She is a Certified Executive Project Manager with IBM and a member of the Project Management Institute where she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Terrie Johnson is also a certified Project Manager by The George Washington University in Washington DC where she received her Masters in Project Management in 2003.

Terrie has held a variety of IBM management positons in North America. Prior to her current position, Terrie was the IBM Delivery Manager for the Digital (Mobile) Practice, leading the business growth strategy for consulting services. During this time she also held positions as Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Agile Trainer, and worked onsite for the State of Florda providing Agile consulting services.

Currently, Terrie serves as a board member for the Zachary Chamber of Commerce and Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC). She previously served as a board member for the East Baton Rouge Library Board of Control where she served as board Treasurer. She was the commencement speaker for ITT Technical Institute. In 2018 she was selected for the "Best of IBM" award.

Terrie is a professional Computer Scientist and Project Manager, and a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She is married with three children and lives in Zachary, Louisiana.
