Tina Jessee

Tina Jessee is currently the Scrum Master and one of the technical leads on the Enterprise Decision Support Services team at Indiana University. Over the past 15 years on the team, she has held many roles: from a Java developer for the custom-built reporting portal to an enterprise data warehouse (EDW) analyst to even a bit of QA and business analyst work. As the lead analyst/engineer for the EDW for the past 7 years, she has lead and organized many projects. Being introduced to Scrum and Kanban in August 2014 was an eye opener and led to a transformational experience, giving her new and effective approaches to solving problems faced for a long time by the team. She is passionate to help her team become more agile through the use of Scrum. This interest extends to being actively involved with the university's agile practitioner community, both learning from other teams and sharing her own knowledge and experience.
