Sakina Williams

Sakina Williams is a driven, adaptive and self motivated professional with 20 years in telecommunications including 5 years of software delivery. I have been an agile practitioner for 6 years. Currently seeking Agile Coach Certification.
Champion of Agile methods, expertise in technology portfolio management, and leading large complex projects involving migrations from legacy products to ip solution implementations with virtual teams. After being a key member of the team, working closely with scrum teams, tracking their development, aligning with AT&T processes and helping other project managers lent the decision to seek the Certified Scrum Master certification in January 2016.
She has lead agile transformation and adaption efforts as a Lead Scrum Master across multi-million dollar programs with projects impacting with upwards of 25+ distributed scrum teams.  She is a Certified SAFe Agilist and Certified Scrum Professional and continues to influence her teams she leads in her current role as scrum master in the firm (bank). Sakina believes in true collaboration and works across groups to help share information. She has been recognized by members of these teams for her efforts in coaching and enabling efforts to help bring value quickly and effectively.
Since July 2017, she has been a Scrum Master for JPMChase and continues to learn and embrace every day. The highest point she had experienced with her team was hearing my team be able to restate what she shared with them about agile or scrum best practices. This was the best evidence of her effectiveness on the team. In June 2019, she became the Agile Transformation Lead for her organization supporting 30+ scrum teams. In this role, she partners with and is a thought leader for the organization in their agile transformation.
Sakina continues to promote agile within the company sharing practices to enable them.
