I have over 20 years of full project lifecycle experience in project management, estimating, requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, development, QA testing and implementation of various application systems. I have worked in different software methodologies including Agile, SDLC, and Waterfall etc. I have extensive experience in developing new systems, migrating to new systems, validating processes etc. I have also successfully developed and implemented new project methodologies in organizations that did not have a mature project methodology in place.
