Shawn Unangst is an Agile Transformation Specialist for the Agile Solution Factory at CACI, Inc. His experience includes a wide range of skills, stretching from enterprise leadership in Software Development projects, to Agile coaching and training, and even having a technical background in Test Engineering. Shawn is a detailed-oriented, technical minded individual who learns quickly and adapts to new assignments. He has gained the confidence and credibility of his clients through thoroughness and attention to needs.
Shawn is an active member in the Agile community and has multiple certifications. His passion for Agile is demonstrated through his certifications and experience as a Certified Scrum Professional (SM and PO), Certified Agile Leader, Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework implementer, and is looking to obtain the Certified Team Coach and Certified Enterprise Coach in the near future.
