• As part of Agile Committee member created plans and practices for implementing and improving agile project management methodology within the organization. • As a Scrum Master lead multiple teams to deliver the Assortment Planning application. Worked with product management team to prioritize epics and stories. This team was challenged to move from traditional development practices to agile methodology and to work in globally distributed environment across multiple locations within US and India. Managed two teams which involved in developing a common data model to facilitate three separate products, profitable promising with real time inventory optimization, distributed order management and cross channel price execution, to work in a real time integrated environment and managed solution testing. Worked closely with the product management team to plan and prioritize the product backlog and ensuring on time delivery of features. Worked with Cloud Services team to deploy the solution into the JDA’s cloud offering and ensure that it provides seamless experience for the deployment.
• As a Scrum Master and Lead Developer led Promotions Management that provided the planner with capability to create optimal promotions and pricing strategy to increase customer traffic and improve top-bottom line improvements.
