Sanjay Tiwari

Sanjay Tiwari – CSM , CSP

Sanjay has been a Scrum Master since 2011. He started his Agile journey at  Accenture, working on a Accenture's client project. The client selected a small project of a very big application to be executed using Agile methodology. After a successful introduction of Agile  in 2011, the client adopted Agile for mutltiple teams. In successive projects, Sanjay continued as SM with several teams, and provided team-level Agile training.

A unique mix of career experiences contributed to his current vision of Agile. Early on in his career , Sanjay worked as a software developer for various web technolgies. He also observed overruns on waterfall projects, in spite of thorough planning and execution. Most importantly, he gained experieince working with distributed teams across multiple countries and cultures. Continuous Improvement, reinforced his vision for team-level self-organization. He was intrumental in contributing  to "Accenture Delivery Suite" a process system that is able to respond to change, and mechanisms for managing complex proejcts.

More recently, in 2012, Sanjay coached teams at  Cignex Datamatics client AON  where he increased the adoption of Agile. Currently, he is a SM at Bridge2 Solutions and is working to scale Scrum to the Program level.

Sanjay also serves as a volunteer at various community service events , which provides excellent opportunities for testing (and refactoring) team dynamics in a real-life sandbox.

Sanjay is passionate about finding efficient ways to work with teams to deliver products; building faster what the customer needs.  This involves ongoing collaboration with customers to adjust as business needs change, and empowering team members to deliver working software early and often.
