Shannon is a Principal Engagement Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she leads delivery for the largest, most complex migration and modernization engagements. Shannon is a tenured Amazonian with 5 years of delivery and Amazon leadership including program manager for the AWS | Slalom Launch Center, development of the Engagement Delivery Framework (EDF), founder and global leader of the Engagement Management Community of Practice (EMCoP), and is member of the Women @ ProServe affinity group. Shannon is a passionate about delivery and helping customers unlock value by aligning to work and teams to business outcomes.Shannon holds a Masters in Technology Management from the University of Denver and agile certifications in SAFe, LESS, Scrum at Scale, and Organizational Change from Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile. She has 25 years of delivery experience in the Telecom and Financial Services industries.
