Sheri Ronn
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, with over 16 years of technology experience, I am passionate about motivating programs to learn everything they need to work smarter, faster and better using a non-directive approach. I believe teams can move performance to an entirely new level when they are first taught agile principles, practices and values, then provided with the proper tools, training, environments, coaching and mentoring. Lastly, I coach management to trust, support and empower teams so they can become autonomous, innovative and value-driven.
My primary goal is to come alongside team members and management to energize them to grow by adopting an agile mindset and systems thinking. The most important thing about coaching to me is always remaining humble and teachable. I have personally been in the trenches on several agile projects so I understand the challenges that teams face. My goal is to ensure people feel genuinely valued and heard so they can feel safe to express their ideas combined with freedom to take risks and fail.
