Sarah currently serves as a Scrum Master at HealthPartners. Working in Agile spaces since 2014, her experience crosses consulting, healthcare, insurance, finance, SaaS, legal, education, and creative industries, and small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. She enjoys helping people and teams foster environments centered on transparency and respect, with a strong focus on psychological safety.
Prior to transitioning into Scrum Master and coaching roles, Sarah was a professional classical musician, music educator, and entrepreneur. She has found deep connections between her teaching and creative roots and the Agile mindset, team coaching, and organizational change.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Minnesota (MM) and the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point (BA).
