Sam Nooshin

I have twenty years of senior level project and program management experience including senior position management consulting in Fortune 500 companies. Recently, my involvement in project management office (PMO) in enterprise companies has resulted in sustainably successful project delivery.  In my latest role as a senior integration project manager in a $16B M&A I facilitated synergy realization of $1.2B.  In over two decades, I have successfully managed projects ranging in the mid hundred thousand to multibillion dollar level.

I have worked with PM Office as both project manager and PMO lead for the past 15 years.  I am also a CSM with experience in Agile methodology.  I have extensive Agile experience and initiated the executive level buy in for Scrum support through PMO.

My daily work duties include roll up and milestone reporting to top and C-level executives, team building, conflict resolution, multi-project management, cost and time management, change and variance control, risk assessment and management and quality control and assurance management.

My education encompasses a current MBA candidacy, PMP, CSM, CCM, LEED certifications and post graduate education in management from UCLA.  I have also taught for several years and currently work closely with UCLA Extension to develop an online management course.
