About
Shalini Nagrani.
My perception of a Scrum Master is something that works very closely within a team to help them become self-sustaining. A truly successful Scrum Master will work herself out of a job. My skillset includes technical writing, analytics, statistics, project management, design thinking, and the Lean framework. I was once told that the good Scrum Masters are people that can draw from all different areas of their backgound, different systems or processes and determine what model or method is best suited to the current situation at hand.
My strengths and passions surround the areas of relationship and influence, when I am collaborating and truly a part of a movement forward I feel amazing. The main reason I am drawn to the Scum Master role each day is that this role does not create any dependencies. The whole idea is for the team to be self-sustaining by helping individuals growth within the team and be able to help them find their voice. Being able to be a part of that journey with each individual on my team is the most rewarding experience in the world and it is what keeps me going and fighting for growth and learning every single day.
