Shelah Nash Mabeus is an experienced ScrumMaster, Program Manager and Project Manager, having managed a variety of challenging and exciting projects with budgets up to $10 million. Her most recent work has been in the areas of Scaled Agile, PMO Governance, Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence, ITIL, and Business Process Mapping. Shelah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, an MBA, and Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence. Her professional credentials include Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum Practitioner. She has held roles as ScrumMaster, Product Owner and Team Member on Agile project teams, leveraging this experience to mentor new Project Managers and ScrumMasters. In her current role she, she leads the Agile PMO and mentors/coaches Project Managers and ScrumMasters. She is also experienced in leading teams in the transition from Waterfall to Agile and Scrum. Shelah enjoys coaching, learning and exchanging ideas with fellow practitioners.
