As the AVP of the Project Management Office, my top priorities are ensuring consistent project facilitation on strategic initiatives across the enterprise and the individual development of the Project Managers. Utilizing strategic and tactical skills, I create and maintain department policy, procedures, and career paths, facilitate the production change control board, train employees enterprise-wide on business case creation and project management frameworks, and administer the Project Portfolio Management system.
