Steve Lee

Steve is an Enterprise Agile Transformation coach with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, including Sr. leaders, product strategists, product managers, developers, designers, program managers to lead change in Agile setting.  He has worked in several industries including financial services, higher education, and retirement - define contribution.

Steve was a Director of Software Engineering responsible for a company-wide Agile transformation program.  He has over 20 years of experience in software development in a variety of roles such as Software Engineer, Development Manager, and Director.
