Scrum Master for years with a drive to improve current development practices day to day. I'm a little bit too impetuous and the need for changing current processes is not tempered as much as by those around me. I dislike hearing the words, "No, we can't do that..." and usually push for more dynamic change in response to old guard mentality. My past is a blueprint for rigid controls and project management from the military, then to PMI, and finally to an Agile mindset. I've introduced Kanban and Scrum to multiple teams, and coached them through the most difficult times of the transition, and then been able to incrementally modify and improve their development so they could focus on customer needs, and then desires, and then to explore areas they might want to grow.
