Suzette Johnson

Suzette S. Johnson works for Northrop Grumman Corporation. As a systems engineer and agile coach, she has an interest and passion for promoting and implementing Agile engineering in large-scale systems environments. Her initial experience with Agile-related practices began over fifteen years ago when working for a commercial company focused on the implementation of financial and enterprise management systems.  Over the past ten years she has worked with many Federal government and DoD programs supporting their transition and maturation of Agile practices. She is a Northrop Grumman Technical Fellow and leads Northrop Grumman’s Agile Community of Practice and Center of Excellence. She speaks at multiple conference engagements each year and provides Agile engineering workshops.  She received a Doctorate of Management at the University of Maryland with a dissertation focus on investigating the impact of leadership styles on software project outcomes in traditional and agile engineering environments.
