Swaminathan Ganesan has successfully delivered high impact agile programs ( including distributed onsite/offshore model) in healthcare and telco domains using niche technologies and continuous integration capabilities in scrum processes over a long period of time. Key engagements include the current and 2011/12 healthcare product releases ( that succesfuly signed up over 10 million clients) as well as the 2009 telco releases ( that successfully automated order fulfilment). Although I am formally certified in CSM later, I am experienced in practicing it since its early formative stages ( 2004) and can very well relate to practical implementation challenges and can propose solutions in adopting Scrum/Agile delivery execution. I contribute to screening and selecting certified scrum masters for my organization.
