Samantha Frederickson

My name is Samantha Frederickson. I am currently a practicing Agile Coach and Scrum Master for mupltiple software development scrum teams. These teams create and support applications that serve Third Party Cyber Risk Management.  In the Agile world, I enjoy being creative, finding new ways to do things, and most importantly making sure I have fun in each activity I facilitate, coach and participate in! I am most creative in finding fun and different ways to hold retrospectives so that teams never have to engage in the same activities more then once. This is the best challenge I have created for myself but keeps my passion for scrum going. I welcome new ideas and thoughts on how to be better for everyone any given day
