Dr. Steven Draper is the Senior Program Manager supporting the Defense Microelectronic Acitivity (DMEA). Dr. Draper earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from National-Louis University in May 2007, his Masters of Business Administration with a specialty in Organizational Leadership from National University in January 2009, and his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Management of Engineering and Technology from Northcentral University in March 2022. He received his Project Management Professional certification on December 11, 2015 and his Certified Scrum Master on May 10, 2016. His past experiences include various government contracts, including Field Engineer, Senior Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing Engineer, Systems Analyst, Information Assurance Analyst, Project Manager, and Program Manager. The last position he held with the government was that of a Chief Knowledge Officer and his last assignment as a contractor prior to becoming a civil servant was at the Pentagon as the Program Manager to support the Air Staff Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Force Development and Plans for Air Force Intelligence Training Transformation. Mr. Draper served in the United States Marine Corps as a Technical Controller from 1994 – 2002.
