Sandra Cole is a Quality Assurance professional with over ten years of experience working in the Information Technology, Government, Professional/Scientific and Technical Services sectors. Her expertise spans Software Test methodologies, Software Test project management, Requirements Analysis, Quality Assurance, Agile, Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). She focuses on total quality management as a way to not only deliver high-quality products and services but to achieve higher customer satisfaction levels. Sandra has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
