Steven Campbell

Steven Campbell. My first job after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Computer Science, BS in Chemistry and a Masters in Economics was working for General Dynamics.  I work on various project that included aircraft and Tanks.  My role was to perform my job as a team member and a leader in making the best quality software for our clients.  I was assigned to a 9 week project that was life changing.  I was sent to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia as the acting CIO.  My mission was to develop a plan for our client in country in the Middle East to develop and automate computer system and software for the client (from the main computer room to a backup room).  After this task I moved to Texas for personal reason and work for Intermedics developing software and leading a project that would track international and domestic sales for their products. The company was sold and I obtain a role as a project manager for Compaq Computers now known as HP.  The project was leading a group to convert a non-based computer system to a computer application for sales.  After this project I received an opportunity to work for Cigna Health Care as the project manager in the Economics Finance areas to assist with establishing a PMO office and general leader for processing payments.  I worked on that project for a few years and then was offered to work in a startup division for Methodist Hospital. This division was a start up HMO and required many standards and new ways to process the business.  We developed our own PMO office and integrated it with the Corporate PMO office.  I moved from this role to work for the Harris County Hospital System as a project manager working on various project.  I become a certified PMP while work for the Harris County System.  My main focus was working directly with the CIO on improvement of process and control of the department’s projects. I was founder of Informsource LLC a startup company focusing on consulting utilizing Scrum SDLC and also life coaching methods.  In conjunction with this company  I then performed several small contract roles with companies in the Houston areas using scrum and project management SDLC methodologies.  I landed at Insperity as a Project Manager and Scrum Master to present using PMO and Scrum mythologies as well.   I obtained a watermark from the US Trade Commission called, Informsource.co.
