Stuart Bentley

Stuart Bentley is a Scrum Master at Garmin International in Olathe, KS. He is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience across a variety of companies including Garmin International, IBM and Sprint.

Stuart's Agile journey began in the late '90s using XP as a software developer and development team lead. He transitioned to the role of Project Manager in 2006 and over time came to realize that the traditional “command and control” style did not mesh with his personality and was excited at the opportunity to move back into an Agile role as Scrum Master in 2011, becoming a Certified Scrum Master in April of 2012

Stuart has also been certified as a Product Owner and has attained the Certified Scrum Professional status. He assists with internal Scrum training at Garmin.
