Sumit Aggarwal

Sumit Aggarwal is an IT Professional with more than 15 years of experience playing multiple roles such as Software Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner. Currently, Sumit is playing the role of Methodology Coach in the Organization that is going through Agile Transformation journey. In this role, Sumit is responsible for establishing processes around Agile, enabling Agile adoption by helping teams understanding Agile values and working closely with a dedicated Agile Coach to get the teams started with Scrum.

Sumit is an avid Agile Practitioner who believes in continuous learning and sharing his knowledge. As a Scrum Master, Sumit developed skills of Active Listening, and being a keen observer. As a Product Owner, Sumit enhanced his skills of prioritization based on the value.  Sumit is progressing towards his goal of becoming a full time Agile Coach.

Sumit currently holds the Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) and PMI-Project Management Professional certifications. His education background includes MBA from University of Maryland, College Park and Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India.  

Sumit loves to travel, play soccer and watch sports. Currently, his favorite pastime is playing with his two kids.
