Rome Williams (BIO):
When not writing, publish a favorite book genre or craft painting, Rome Williams is an Agilist and Servant Leader with a passion for learning, sharing, and continuous growth. Rome has spent most of her professional career in infrastructure technology and software development. But has found a strong kinship with the values and principles of Agile. This Agile/Lean affinity, has led her to opportunities to support organizations and teams achieve business success using Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scaled Agile, and other techniques.

For the past 10 years, Rome has had professional work experience as a Lead Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, and Project Manager and holds current certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified Agile Leader, Cerified Scrum Professional, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Kanban Management Professional II and Certified Agility Health Facilitator. She also facilitates Agile Lunch ‘N Learns, Kaizen/Lean Coffee Events, and online/on-site agile workshops.
